COVID-19 Disclaimer

For your safety and convenience, Arlington Urban Media & Entertainment LLC has endeavored to take appropriate precautions and make every effort to ensure a safe and pleasant experience. We ask that you in turn, maintain “social distancing protocol” and require that you wear an appropriate face covering during the production process.

By conforming to all CDC cleanliness standards, we strive to mitigate your exposure to the COVID-19 virus. Please note that by accepting our services, you voluntarily assume ALL RISKS related to any possible exposure to COVID-19. Even with our best efforts, there is no guarantee that you can avoid exposure to COVID-19 or other common pathogens, with us or elsewhere. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Service Policy

These policies are intended to establish uniform standards and procedures for service and to protect the interests of all respective parties involved. The following policies are expected to be complied with at all times, no exceptions. It is the responsibility of Arlington Urban Media & Entertainment LLC to provide the best service possible at all times, therefore all services provided shall follow the principles of dignity, professionalism, excellence, and impartiality:

  • 50% Deposit required to begin production

  • Service Contract must be signed to begin production 

  • No firearms or illegal drugs/paraphernalia (props allowed)

  • Must give 24-hour notice prior to scheduled shoot for deposit refund

  • Must be on time for shoots - 15 minute grace period; $15 late fee - 30 minute w/o contact will result in cancellation

  • PROPER COMMUNICATION IS EXPECTED

  • Professionalism is expected at all times; please be mindful of and respect all AUME team members who are present at shoot
