29 Year-Old Man and Dog Killed in Two-Vehicle Car Accident in Arlington, Texas

Arlington, Texas - 29 year-old Arlington man, Jordan Sullivan, and a dog died in a two-vehicle crash that occurred December 29 on Division Street.

Arlington Police responded to the crash around 11:04 am, finding two totaled vehicles at the scene, a Mazda 3 and a Ford F-150.

Police believe Sullivan, driver of the Mazda 3, was traveling at a speed that was unsafe for the wet road conditions, causing him to lose control of the car and spin directly in front of the oncoming Ford F-150. As a result, the two vehicles collided.

Sullivan was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. A dog that was in the car with him also died.

The 51-year-old man driving the F-150 truck was not seriously injured and is not facing any criminal charges in connection to the crash, police said.

Investigators have not ruled out the possibility that alcohol was a factor in the crash.
